Please find links below to the agenda and proposed constitution changes for those of you who have not already seen this year’s AGM Agenda online.

Douglas MacRobbie resigned from his position as president at the end of October 2024 and for that reason the committee made the decision to postpone the KBAC 2024 AGM to January 2025.  If anyone would like to put themselves forward to be considered for the role of club president can they do so by email to secretary@kbac.fish no later than Sunday 5^th January 2025 to allow us to notify all members of the candidates.

There is one addition that is proposed to the constitution this year which is attached and will be voted on during the AGM.  If anyone has anything they would like brought to the AGM please send an email with details to secretary@kbac.fish no later than Sunday 5^th January 2025.

Another topic that is being brought to the AGM is changes in the rules to the Salmon Pool.  Although rules do not require to be voted on at AGM details of the proposed changes will be circulated to all members on the 6^th January giving everyone a chance to read them prior to the AGM.
